We’re gathering on Sunday evenings for a live, intimate introduction to Nonviolent Communication (NVC) — a practice that continues to open my heart, deepen my listening, and connect me to life in such nurturing and nourishing ways. Together, we’ll hold a space that’s warm, alive, and non-judgmental — where you can bring your whole self. We’ll explore how to listen with empathy, speak with honesty, and find connection even in hard moments. We might laugh. We might cry. And we’ll remember that... Joy is the fuel. You don’t need to study anything in advance. Your life is your experience. You already carry wisdom, intuition, and insight — and we’ll be inviting and honoring that in each person present.
