Opening Doors Weekly: Living Nonviolent Communication in Action Curious how NVC can guide you through conflict and open new pathways of connection? Each week we’ll enter an interactive practice space where empathy, role-play, and real-life situations become opportunities to learn together. You can expect: ✔️ A presentation of one or two NVC basics each week ✔️ Live demonstrations showing how to shift from conflict to connection ✔️ Guided practice ✔️ Tools for listening with compassion, expressing yourself honestly, and transforming judgments into needs and requests. Whether you’re brand new or a longtime practitioner, these sessions invite you to experience NVC in action and increase confidence using it in your daily life. You already carry wisdom, intuition, and insight — and we’ll be inviting and honoring that in each person present.
